Are you ready to embark on a thrilling journey at the forefront of understanding how audiences engage with a product? We are partnered with an innovative streaming company, that is moving towards a more personalised service, shaped by its customers’ needs and wants.

You’ll be joining as Head of Product Analytics, sitting in the Insights team and playing a key role in creating actionable insights about customers’ behaviours, attitudes and needs.

The new Head of Product Analytics will report to the Director of Product Data and will be responsible for:

  • Drive data-centric decision-making in the Product Group and lead the change
  • Create a culture of continuous learning
  • Using data to frame product strategy and product roadmap decisions.
  • Being the subject matter expert in analytical approaches
  • Developing and training the team while fostering an inclusive environment
  • Surfacing key insights and predictive forecasting models that drive improvements in performance
  • Presenting complex data to non-technical audiences in a compelling fashion

The ideal Head of Product Analytics will also have

  • Previous experience using languages like SQL & Python
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy principles
  • Data Science & Machine Learning experience
