Salary range: £50,000-£70,000

An innovative, independent Technology Strategy and Transformation Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated Associate Business Analyst to join their team. You will specialise in advising on IT strategy, working collaboratively with clients to design and implement effective strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.

You’ll be reporting to the Senior Business Architect while also working closely with Partners of the firm.

As a Business Analyst, you will be:
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders daily to understand their business needs and objectives
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and effective implementation
• Willing to travel to client sites as required, providing support and guidance when needed
• Conducting in-depth business analysis, always looking for opportunities to improve processes
• Align and develop IT strategies that are coherent with the business objectives
• Present complex information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

You’ll need:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to learn new skills
• Proficient in operating and process models
