Senior Customer & Marketing Analyst

A well-established FinTech with a focus on international payments is looking for an experienced Senior Customer & Marketing Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting time to join the business due to significant recent investment whilst they prepare for their next growth chapter.

Reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with the Head of Data & Analytics, you’ll be responsible for developing insights for each business vertical whilst playing a key role in identifying alternative growth opportunities. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing & product, you will work to define the customer & marketing data strategy as well as be responsible for the end-to-end customer funnel reporting.

As Senior Customer & Marketing Analyst you will need:
• 3-5+ years’ experience in an analyst role or strategy / business consultant (fintech or SaaS experience is an advantage
• A passion for data-led decision-making
• Have experience in both B2B and B2C
• Have previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience of Tableau, MS SQL, OLAP/SSAS Cubes and/or working with large datasets
• Experience and understanding of tag management via GTM (or equivalent) is an advantage
• A positive, can-do attitude to make things happen and drive results
