Your area of responsibility

• Oversee and guide the development of user-centric features in React and Typescript.
• Mentor and lead the team in crafting and managing reusable components, expanding our internal frontend libraries.
• Ensure designs and wireframes are translated into efficient, reusable code.
• Prioritize performance across all components, maintaining the gold standard in user experiences.
• Evaluate library updates, assuring both forward and backward compatibility across projects.
• Collaborate strategically with internal teams to drive enhancements to our video cloud renderer.
• Lead and direct Frontend developers towards building and maintaining internal applications and libraries.
• Play a proactive role in planning and strategy sessions, and spearhead the development of technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

• A minimum of six years of experience in Web Development with a focus on React and Typescript.
• Deep-rooted understanding of React.js and its core concepts.
• Expertise in Typescript, Javascript, CSS, HTML, and associated frontend technologies.
• Mastery of React.js tools such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack.
• Proficient with git-based code versioning and meticulous review methodologies, including merge requests.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest.
• Rich experience with RESTful API integrations.
• Ability to mentor developers, fostering growth and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Leadership qualities: takes initiative, values team feedback and collaboration, and emphasizes clear communication.
• Highly organized, with a strategic vision and unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in English, with full professional proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience with Cloud platforms, notably AWS.
• Familiarity with Remotion.
• Advanced skills in crafting 2D visual effects and animations using CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Three.JS
