Senior DevOps Engineer – Renewable Energy!

Location: Remote across Germany (on site in Leipzig HQ once per quarter)

Salary: Up to €90,000 per annum (plus stock options)

Our client is one of the leading providers of innovative storage and energy solutions for private households and businesses worldwide. Their aim is to create a world where everyone can generate, use and share their own renewable energy.

Your Tasks:

• Automate the build and deployment processes in a hybrid environment.
• Automate the IT operations solutions catalogues to extend self-service.
• Improve IT Security and governance.
• Development, opeation and administration of Kubernetes clusters according to GitOps principles.

Requirements:

• Years of experience dealing with infrastructure – automation such as Ansible/Terrafrom as well as with Kubernetes in scalable environments.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and services (preferable Azure and AWS).
• Monitoring and alerting system experience – Icinga2/ Prometheus and Grafana.
• Linux scripting experience (Python and Bash)
• Familiarity with log management systems such as Elasticsearch or Opensearch
• MUST SPEAK BUSINESS FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH
