A world-leading broadband communications company is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join them on their exciting transformation to becoming a digital-first organisation.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be joining the Digital Data pillar of the organisation to help pioneer the product development lifecycle by building a range of capabilities alongside the product and engineering teams. Working cross-functionally to help foster and encourage a test and learn mindset across the business. You will be responsible for the coordination and alignment of Data Estate pillar initiatives which deliver across both product and programme-led activity. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be part of a team of delivery managers providing an agile delivery capability.

A successful Delivery Manager for this role will have the following:
• Experience with data governance
• Able to apply Agile practices into real-world practices
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage third-party supplier relationships
• Confident in presenting concepts and ideas to a wide range of contributors
• Experience in coaching teams in agile ways of working
• Proven experience in working for a fast-paced product-led tech company
• A can-do attitude
• Background in Data Estate is a bonus
