Principal Business Analyst : Flexible Working

Location : London

Salary : Up to £80,000

A rapidly scaling FinTech, which are set to become the UK’s largest cloud-based mortgage and savings provider, is seeking a skilled Principal Business Analyst to join its Customer Solutions team!

As Principal Business Analyst, you will report directly to the Head of Analysis and Solutions to define the scope and requirements throughout the full project delivery lifecycle. Your key focus will be their core banking platform where you will be responsible for the high standard of work delivered through your team of Business Analysts as well as ensuring outstanding customer outcomes through delivering quality software and services.

As the Principal Business Analyst you should have: 

  • Demonstrable experience leading a team of Business Analysts.
  • Experience working within a fast paced, FinTech environment.
  • Hands-on experience within Agile delivery.
  • Efficient communication between business and technical teams.
  • Extensive business process modelling skills.
