A rapidly scaling FinTech are looking for a Scrum Master to help build out and develop the teams overall mission to disrupt legal business processes. They aim to do this by providing the best technology infrastructure, applications, connectivity, and data services for all participants in the primary markets arena.

As Scrum Master, your responsibilities will be to keep the development team focused and ensure the facilitation of successful delivery. You’ll be leading numerous teams and communicating between the development teams, across multiple verticals of the business.
You will be managing the dependencies of the scrum, through agile-based leadership with an emphasis being put on measuring results through data analysis

Desired skills:

• Have proven experience as an agile practitioner
• are experienced in leading a team
• a data driven individual
• have the ability to report on, analyse and deliver data through burn up/down charts, velocity reports, etc
• an ambitious individual able to grow with the business
• excellent communication skills
