Lead Security Engineer | InsureTech Start-up

An awesome InsureTech start-up who needs a Lead Security Engineer to provide security engineering expertise for their cloud platform that enables their market leading insurance products.

You will be responsible for making decisions regarding security tools and processes that enhance security within SDLC, and other areas of the business. You will be passionate about security and drive new ideas to Engineers, through mentorship, coaching and workshops.

Your expertise will need to cover:

• Security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27001)
• Cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Highly distributed systems
• CI/CD, Observability
• Vulnerability detection/prevention/containment,
• Access/identity management

In return, you’ll receive:

• £70,000 – £90,000 basic salary
