Head of Data and Analytics

Salary : Up to £90,000

Location : London

We are working with an Innovative not-for-profit organisation that has seen an increased demand for their services over the last number of years and off the back of that they are expanding rapidly throughout all areas of the business. They are taking a digital-first approach on how to significantly improve the lives of the people that use their services. You will be responsible for driving forward all data strategies and projects across the business including Data Security, Governance, Quality, Analytics, and Data Science.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading large analytical teams.
• Knowledge of AI, ML, and NLP.
• Knowledge of up to date Data Lake technologies.
• Proven experience in Data Management or Technological transformations.
• The ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.

Technical expertise:

• SQL
• No SQL
• AWS/Azure/GCP
• Big Data Technologies (Spark/Kafka etc.)
