Our client is a world leading Entertainment, Sport and Fashion organization based in West London, who broadcast over 30,000 live sporting and entertainment events every year!

Following their continued global success, they are looking for an IT Support Team Lead with a keen interest in sports and entertainment, who will focus on supporting and leading the existing level 1 team to the highest standards. You will be responsible for driving team performance, organising workloads and reporting directly into the management team.

The ideal Support Team Lead should have:

  • Management/Team lead experience (Jira & Asana beneficial)
  • Experience with Ticketing systems (Zendesk)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with coaching and mentoring a team
  • Troubleshooting experience (Desktop, mobile & TV)
