We’re looking for a proactive Product Manager (Membership & Loyalty), to join a leading global business at a pivotal moment in it’s transformation. The company is redefining how millions of customers across international markets engage with its brand, this opportunity specifically will be helping to shape a new, global membership proposition from the ground up.
As Product Manager for Membership & Loyalty, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of the vision, strategy, and delivery of an evolving loyalty and membership experience, whilst collaborating closely with leadership, engineering and platform teams. Operating at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology, you’ll simplify complex systems, establish scalable foundations, and build a cohesive product ecosystem that strengthens customer lifetime value globally.
Role responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the global roadmap for membership and loyalty products, aligning commercial priorities with technology capabilities.
- Set the vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes for membership platforms – including identity services, account services, and membership engines.
- Partner with engineering, data, and regional teams to guide features from concept to launch across multiple countries.
- Simplify legacy or fragmented systems, establish clear baselines, and build a scalable, future‑ready loyalty framework.
- Use customer insights, behavioural data, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Make clear prioritisation calls to balance user value, commercial impact, and technical constraints.
- Maintain a global product mindset, ensuring consistency while enabling relevant local tailoring.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in product management, ideally within loyalty, membership, subscription, or customer engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of identity ecosystems, account management systems and membership engines.
- Proven experience working across multiple regions or global markets.
- Excellent data literacy, able to define KPIs and use insight to guide decisions.
- Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders across commercial and technical teams.
- Hands‑on experience working in agile environments with a track record of delivering products that drive customer and business impact.
- It is a bonus if you have industry experience across the entertainment, retail or travel space.
