Location: Birmingham, on-site visits 2-3 days a week
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits

An innovative company in the EV space is seeking it’s founding Project Manager to join the leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage startup that has designed and patented the technology, hardware and infrastructure that will revolutionise the way in which vehicles are charged at scale.

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across multiple sites. You will have a core focus on the electrical space and help bring key skills and delivery to their B2B product offering.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the whole end to end projects across the companies portfolio.
• Liaising daily with key internal and external stakeholders for full project co-ordination.
• Leading on budgets for multiple projects both for clients and contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments and onsite surveys / visits.
• Proven ability to wear multiple hats and be able to handle autonomy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years proven experience working in a commercial or industrial electricity market – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certificates to support this.
• Valid UK Driving license.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Experience working in the Projects space, presenting, leading and communicating across both internal and external roadmaps.
