We’re partnering with a global hospitality and retail leader on a major ERP transformation. As Technical Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of the NetSuite platform, guiding teams across Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, and Testing, and serving as the key technical advisor to ensure scalable, future-ready solutions.

Technical Senior Project Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Lead the design and optimisation of scalable, resilient ERP architecture.
• Technical Leadership: Lead architecture, integration, data migration, and testing teams to meet programme milestones.
• ERP Strategy & Delivery: Define and execute the ERP roadmap, aligned with operational and enterprise goals.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure documentation, reporting, and adherence to technology governance standards.

Technical Senior Project Manager – Desired Experience

• 8+ years in technology leadership with a strong focus on ERP design, delivery, and optimisation.
• Track record delivering large-scale ERP programmes in fast-paced or customer-centric settings.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, NetSuite, and digital transformation.
• Experience with customer-facing systems (POS, inventory, hotel management, kiosks) is a plus.

Interview process:

• 2 stage interview process with a time to hire targeted within 2 weeks
