Business Analyst

Business Analyst – 12 month FTC

Salary – £55,000 – £75,000 basic + benefits

Location – London Hybrid 1-2 days a week

We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join a major global betting and gaming company during a period of significant transformation. Sitting within a large change program, this role will support the implementation of a new procurement platform and help streamline business systems across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Lead core Business Analysis activities across the project, including requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping and stakeholder workshops.

Gain an in-depth understanding of current systems and workflows, and translate these into clear future requirements for the new platform.

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and third-party partners to support configuration and development of the new procurement system.

Ensure solutions meet business needs, regulatory expectations and internal standards.

Support decision-making by providing structured analysis, clear documentation and well-reasoned recommendations.

Requirements:

At least 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale transformation programs.

Strong foundation in core Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, documentation, workshop facilitation, process analysis, stakeholder management.

Understanding of internal business systems and how they integrate within large organisations.

Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.

Package:

£55,000 – £75,000 base salary
