Contract PMO

We’re partnering with a global entertainment leader who is seeking a Contract PMO to play a key part in expanding their enterprise systems and finance capabilities across Europe, creating a unified ERP to support future growth.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Contract PMO to oversee the European rollout of their global ERP and Finance Transformation Programme, driving governance, alignment, and consistency across regions.

Key Skills:

• Establish and manage PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting standards for large ERP programmes.
• Track programme milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage financial tracking and budgeting across multiple workstreams and cost areas.
• Support ERP implementation, including system integration, data migration, and process standardisation.
• Coordinate steering committees, governance forums, and stakeholder communication across regions.
• Prepare and maintain PMO reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide clear insights to leadership.
• Work effectively across multi-country European programmes with strong collaboration and coordination.
• Take a hands-on approach to delivery, problem-solving, and continuous improvement post-implementation.

Contract Details:

• £250 per day, Outside IR35
• 12 Months initially
• 2-3 days a week, hybrid in Basingstoke
• ASAP Start
