PMO Analyst

Salary – £42,500

Location – London Hybrid 2 days a week

An exciting opportunity has opened for a PMO Analyst to join a leading energy organisation at the forefront of reshaping the future of the energy industry. In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end delivery support, embed Agile practices and working closely with third-party teams to ensure programme success.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent use of delivery methodologies, tools and standards across the program.
• Support planning, tracking, RAID management, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and escalate risks, issues and dependencies as needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint closures, including retrospectives and PI planning.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile adoption and effective collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and value-focused program reporting and financial alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change lifecycle processes and templates.

Requirements:

• Proven background in PMO, project support or delivery roles within Agile environments.
• String reporting, resource management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills in fast-paced settings.
• Agile and PMO certifications
• Experience working with regulated industries and multi-vendor delivery models.
