Product GTM Manager – Multi-Channel B2B Marketing

Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits

Location: Hybrid / London (3 days on site)

We are partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is innovating in the MarTech space. This role is key to driving go-to-market campaigns for their suite of products, ensuring high-quality lead generation and measurable business impact.

We’re looking for a motivated Product GTM Manager to collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing and cross-functional teams, translating business objectives into integrated multi-channel campaigns spanning email, content, paid media, and events. With support from a digital agency, you’ll implement and optimise campaigns to deliver against performance KPI’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel GTM campaigns aligned to business goals.
  • Launch new products to market, building sales toolkits, buyer personas, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create solution-focused marketing content.
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimise across channels, and report on key KPI’s.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends to inform campaigns.
  • Serve as an external voice for products, including social media and webinars.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience briefing creative teams and working with marketing agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset, with a strong grasp of marketing metrics and performance measurement.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and able to operate both strategically and hands-on. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
