We’re working with a rapidly growing tech for good company that is transforming how data, automation, and smart integrations shape the future of digital infrastructure. Their platform optimises real-time operations, connecting users with seamless, intelligent technology solutions.

We are looking for a modern, innovative and strategic thinking ERP Lead that can own and evolve their ERP landscape with a product mindset, lead a high-performing team, and drive scalable, data-driven solutions that align tightly with business goals and future growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a 4-person Business System Team with a Product approach.
  • Own the end-to-end ERP product roadmap, delivering a hands-on approach via weekly sprints while balancing strategic initiatives and big-ticket project priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational flows, gather requirements, and define system needs.
  • Review and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks that align with ERP and broader system goals.
  • Be hands-on with data flows and system integration challenges, helping the team arrive at scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Oversee the evolution and improvement of the ERP landscape, contributing to a long-term vision that incorporates modern, composable ERP architecture.
  • Work closely with other product teams to ensure ERP systems support cross-functional initiatives and integrate effectively with wider platforms.
  • Lead the development of new features on the current ERP system.
  • Understand and assess third-party system integration opportunities to enhance business system performance.
  • Embed AI at the core, to streamline workflows and enable the business to unlock even more value from their data and digital ecosystem.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing stakeholders across a business.
  • Deep technical experience with data flows and ERP Platforms.
  • Ability to manage technical teams and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Proven experience with leadership, managing a team and setting out a process mapping aligned with business operations.
  • Experience and strong knowledge with modern ERP concepts like composable architecture and modular integration.
