Senior Data Analyst
Location: London Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite
Salary: £75,000-£85,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re working with a rapidly growing tech for good company that is transforming how data, automation, and smart integrations shape the future of digital infrastructure. Their platform optimises real-time operations, connecting users with seamless, intelligent technology solutions.

They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will be able to use data to drive impactful business decisions that support the delivery of their customer-focused product, enhance customer engagement, and simplify customer journeys. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support internal teams with reporting and analysis, ensuring that decisions are data-driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets using statistical techniques and programming tools to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through process optimisation, data analytics, and innovative technologies.
  • Prepare and present detailed dashboards and reports on data insights, project progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, promoting data literacy and informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of self-serve reporting capabilities to empower teams with direct access to insights.

Key Experience Required:

  • 5 Years + experience within data analytics.
  • Expertise with SQL, Python and Excel.
  • Ability to build and maintain data models using DBT.
  • Knowledgeable in BI applications such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, or Sigma.
  • Able to work with cloud data warehouses I.E Snowflake.
  • Experience with source version controls such as Git.
