Salary: £100,000-£130,000 + Up to 30% bonus + Generous benefits

London hybrid (2/3 days onsite)

We are working with a global leader in the hospitality, retail and leisure industry entering an exciting journey to transform their entire digital/data landscape while setting new benchmarks in guest experience along the way.

They are seeking a visionary Solutions Director to lead their solution strategy for the technology and systems throughout their physical sites. You will oversee a team of architects and technical specialists, ensuring innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

This individual will need to bring forward experience of architecting digital/technical systems that customers and guests are interacting with to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at their sites. If you have a deeper understanding of on-site technology transformations, where you have directly impacted customer journeys then you could be perfect for this role!

Solutions Director Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Develop scalable, secure architectures to modernise global enterprise systems.
• Technical Strategy: Dramatically reshape the technology ecosystem through outlining and integrating the correct technologies/systems to support the business.
• Internal Standardisation: Ensure there are standard processes/systems across the business are defined and successfully implemented
• Performance and Security Optimisation: Enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance across the ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior technology leadership, product management, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Team Leadership: Set clear goals, prioritise tasks, evaluate progress and advise properly to help achieve desired outcomes.

Desired Experience:

• Strong experience working across a complex matrix organisation in various departments like IT, Development and Operations to help integrate solutions.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions across cloud, infrastructure and applications.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for containerisation, orchestration, and CI/CD.
• Strategic leadership in architecture and business operations.
• Experience managing relationships with key technology partners/vendors and stakeholders.
