The role

A senior change role at the heart of a major AI transformation programme.

Our client is a well-established UK professional services business that is investing heavily in technology and in its people. They need an experienced Change Lead to own the people side of the programme. You’ll make sure colleagues understand the new AI-enabled ways of working, trust them and use them confidently day to day.

What you’ll do

• Own the change, engagement and adoption strategy for the programme
• Plan and deliver communications and engagement campaigns for a wide range of audiences
• Work with senior leaders and practice heads to change behaviours and deliver measurable business results
• Build and support a network of champions and advocates across the business
• Oversee learning, communications, stakeholder engagement and roll-out planning
• Use data to track adoption, flag risks early and improve engagement over time

What you’ll bring

• A strong track record leading large-scale change, transformation or technology adoption programmes, ideally in professional services or another regulated environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and shaping a clear narrative
• Experience driving change across multiple teams and business areas
• Experience of organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and learning and adoption programmes (essential)
