Interim Front-End Tech Lead : £650 per day : Outside IR35 : South West : Hybrid

A growing SaaS business is looking for an Interim Front-End Tech Lead to build the new front end for its data platform from the ground up.

As Interim Front-End Tech Lead, you'll write code every day while guiding a small team, and you'll decide how that team works from day one. AI is central to the role. You'll choose how the team uses it, keep it safe and show the difference it makes.

What you'll bring as an Interim Front-End Tech Lead:

8+ years in engineering, with strong, recent React and TypeScript experience
Experience leading and managing small teams while still coding
At least one SaaS product front end you've built from scratch and shipped
Comfort building against API contracts agreed with a separate back-end team
Experience changing how a team builds software with AI tools, beyond just using them yourself
Eligibility for UK SC clearance

Contract Details:

Day Rate: £650 per day, Outside IR35
Length: 3 months initially
Location: South West, in the office at first, then hybrid
Start: Immediate
