Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus benefits

We are working with an established, profitable global business in the travel and experiences space that is embarking on its biggest ever period of transformation. As they invest heavily in connecting consumers, clients and partners across a complex global ecosystem, they are building out a dedicated Transformation team and need a Business Analyst to support delivery of key initiatives across the organisation.

This is not a role where you will be sat on one project forever. You will be part of a dynamic resource pool, moving across different business areas as needed and building up a comprehensive understanding of how a truly global operation works. If you thrive on variety, ambiguity and making a real difference to how a business operates, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitating requirements gathering through workshops and stakeholder interviews across multiple levels of the business
• Producing detailed process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future state processes
• Developing and maintaining requirements traceability matrices and wider project documentation
• Supporting solution design by acting as the bridge between business and technology stakeholders
• Contributing to change management activity including change impact assessments and training development
• Supporting project managers by feeding into project plans, reporting progress and identifying risks and dependencies
• Building strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and third party vendors

What they are looking for:

• Three to five years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large scale transformation programmes
• Strong foundation in core BA skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
• Experience across both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
• Comfortable producing a wide range of documentation including requirements specs, functional specs and traceability matrices
• Proficient with process mapping tools such as Visio and data tools including Excel, Power BI and Tableau
• A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels and deal comfortably with ambiguity
