NATO Enterprise Architect

Up to £80,000

We've partnered with a growing consultancy working across complex, secure and regulated environments to find an Enterprise Architect who can lead architecture and service delivery on some genuinely challenging programmes.

This consultancy operates where technology strategy meets operational reality. Their clients include large public-sector and government organisations, and the work spans digital transformation, systems integration and managed service delivery in environments where the stakes are high and the requirements are demanding. They're building out their architecture practice and need someone who can contribute across bids, mobilisation and live delivery.

Responsibilities as an Enterprise Architect:

  • Define target enterprise, solution and service architectures for complex clients, aligned to business strategy, operating models and mission outcomes
  • Lead or support responses to competitive procurements, translating operational and technical requirements into credible solution propositions
  • Develop multi-year technology roadmaps spanning applications, data, infrastructure, integration and security
  • Design end-to-end service delivery approaches covering transition, live support, change management and operational governance
  • Produce architecture artefacts including capability maps, integration blueprints, environment models and transition plans
  • Chair architecture governance forums, assuring designs against agreed standards and security principles
  • Mentor consultants and build architecture capability across the practice

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for UK security clearance, ideally already held
  • Significant enterprise architecture experience at senior or strategic level across complex organisations
  • Background working on large-scale public-sector, government or regulated-industry technology programmes
  • Experience supporting bids and competitive procurements for systems integration or managed service engagements
  • Deep understanding of established architecture frameworks, applied pragmatically
  • Strong cloud, integration, data and cybersecurity knowledge at enterprise scale
  • ITIL 4 or equivalent practical service management experience is a plus

Why apply?

  • Work on programmes with real complexity and real consequence, for clients where the work genuinely matters
  • Senior, visible role with ownership across bid, mobilisation and delivery phases
  • A consultancy investing in its technical practice, with funded qualifications and structured development
  • 26 days annual leave rising to 28, private medical after probation, and performance-based recognition
  • Hybrid working with a team that takes architecture seriously

If you're a senior Enterprise Architect with a background in complex, secure or regulated programmes and the eligibility to obtain UK security clearance, this is a role worth a conversation. Apply now or reach out directly.

Due to the high volume of applications, not all applicants will receive feedback.
