Drawing from over 14 years in the technology sector, she transitioned from self-taught software engineer to leadership positions. She emphasizes that “kindness is not my weakness” and advocates for empowering women to express themselves confidently in tech spaces.
Through her work establishing Rails Girls London, Khait has observed how introducing women to technology can be transformative, extending beyond coding to create communities where diverse perspectives are valued.
