Gerisha Nadaraju is an independent Product Ops Coach & Consultant alongside being the Co-Founder & Co-Host of the podcast “The Other Half”. The podcast was born from the statistic that “50% of women abandon their careers in tech by the age of 35.” She’ll be bringing her own knowledge and experience as well as the voices from guests on the podcast to the event.
