Erika has recently been appointed Head of Data Science & Product Analytics at Moonpig, previously Head of Data at fashion-tech brand, FARFETCH. She is an advocate for creating inclusive environments that benefit everyone. She believes that improving diversity in the tech industry relies on the fair distribution of responsibilities at home, as well as the perception of women and their health in the work place.
