One of the biggest Digital Transformation Consultancy is looking to build multiple agile product teams to work with different clients on some of the most innovative projects. They work extensively with different government branches as well as large corporate houses to enable digital transformation.

As Principal Delivery Lead you will be responsible for managing new & existing clients while creating the framework of delivering the vision of the product. You would have worked with GDS previously and preferably in a consultancy background. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and communication are key aspects of the role. This role would have the opportunity to own the product roadmap and build innovative products which will make an impact of people’s lives.

As the Principal Delivery Lead you will have:

• Success stories delivering tech projects for atleast 4 years in the digital space.
• Demonstrable experience of managing client relationships and building lasting rapport.
• Experience working with GDS and consultancy background preferred.
• Use a blend of data, insight and personal intuition to make decisions
• Experience of implementing best Agile practices.
• Experience of leading team and projects at scale.
• Solid understanding of governance and knowledge of business development is an added advantage.

This is a rewarding role for someone with Agile Delivery experience and wants to use their skills to work within the consulting space to move into a leadership position.
