Contract Senior Service Designer

We are partnered with a major media organisation in the UK in search of a Contract Senior Service Designer.

The role will work on Service Design of their discoverability portfolio. The successful Service Designer will work both independently and collaboratively within the team to ensure the product is purpose fit.

Key responsibilities of the contract:

• Creating detailed customer journey maps to visually represent the whole user experience across all touchpoints.
• Experience in complex transformation projects and data reporting,
• Using strategic thinking to integrate service design activities with organisational aims and objectives.
• Leading workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to generate ideas and build service solutions.
• Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve existing services and procedures.

Contract Details:

• Up to £600 per day Inside IR35
• 2 days per week (North West or South West UK)
• 3 month contract (rolling)
• Two stages interview process
