Solution Architect – Professional Services
Salary: Up to £100,000 plus benefits package
Location: Hybrid, London (1-2 days per month onsite)
I am currently partnered with a leader in professional services who are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will design high-level technological solutions that not only align with business objectives but also push the boundaries of innovation.
As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, sustainable, and integrated architectures. Reporting directly to the Head of Professional Services, you will ensure that solutions meet client needs while staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of solution architectures that align with business goals.
- Ensure all solutions are innovative, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
- Oversee technical project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Mentor team members, contributing to their technical growth and fostering a collaborative culture.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing solution architectures.
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Interview process:
- 1st Stage – introduction call with Hiring Manager
- Final Stage – onsite interview with COO and Hiring Manager which involves a case study and cultural alignment
