Salary: Up to £105,000 + bonus & benefits
Location: Hybrid, London – mostly remote with infrequent onsite visits

A unique start-up innovating in the automation space is in search of a Senior Tech Lead with strong expertise in Golang to play a key role in a newly formed team. They specialise in creating innovative & automated solutions to help revolutionise cross-border logistics and the tech team is at the “cutting edge” of software engineering.

As a Senior Tech Lead, you’ll contribute hands-on development with Golang while helping to ensure this newly formed team is aligned to its goals and at a high technical standard. There is a great deal of autonomy given in this role and you’ll be give the opportunity to impact product architecture & engineering best practices – working closely with the senior engineering leadership team.

Desired skills & requirements:

• Proficiency in Golang and at least one frontend framework (React, Vue or Angular)
• Strong understanding of Fullstack engineering and best practices
• Cloud experience – AWS / GCP / Azure
• TDD, BDD, Clean architecture
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams

Salary/Package on offer:

• Up to £115,000 per annum
• Annual Bonus
